4. Services Offered
Juranova provides the following legal services in Malaysia:
- Family Law Advisory: Guidance on divorce, child custody, spousal support, and related matters under Malaysian family law. From MYR 4,200.
- Real Property Conveyancing: End-to-end legal support for residential and commercial property transactions in Malaysia. From MYR 6,100.
- Commercial Arbitration: Representation in arbitration proceedings governed by the Arbitration Act 2005 and AIAC rules. From MYR 8,900.
Fees stated are indicative starting prices. The scope and cost of any engagement will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.
5. Enquiry Submissions
When you submit a contact form on this website, you acknowledge that:
- You are providing information voluntarily for the purpose of seeking a response from Juranova
- No solicitor-client relationship is formed by submitting an enquiry
- Juranova may use your contact details to respond to your enquiry as described in our Privacy Policy

- Changes to the agreed scope of work may result in revised fees, which will be communicated to you in advance
9. Fees and Payment
Fees are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your engagement letter. Juranova accepts payment by bank transfer. Disbursements and third-party costs (including government fees, court fees, and stamp duty) are separate from professional fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Confidentiality
All information shared with Juranova in the context of a legal matter is treated as confidential and is subject to the solicitor-client privilege under Malaysian law. This obligation continues after the conclusion of the engagement. Information shared through the website enquiry form, prior to a formal engagement, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. Juranova makes no representation that the information on this site is current, complete, or applicable to your specific circumstances. Legal matters are fact-specific and the information here should not be relied upon as a substitute for personalised legal advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Juranova's liability in connection with the use of this website is limited to direct damages only. Should informal resolution not be achieved, the matter will be referred to the courts of Kuala Lumpur as stated above.
