Our story
How Juranova Came to Be
Juranova was established in Kuala Lumpur in 2009 by a group of advocates and solicitors who shared a single conviction: that clients facing legal matters deserve advisors who listen carefully before they speak. Too often, individuals navigating difficult personal or commercial situations find themselves in offices where advice is dispensed before circumstances are properly understood.
The practice was built around the opposite model. Every matter — whether a family arrangement, a property transaction, or a commercial dispute — begins with a thorough consultation in which the client's situation is explored without judgment and without haste. Only after that foundation is laid does the legal work begin.
Over the years, Juranova has grown through the trust of clients who return and those who refer others. That organic growth reflects something the practice values: that its reputation rests not on volume but on the care taken with each individual matter.
Today, Juranova operates from its office on Jalan Tun Razak, advising individuals, families, and businesses across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor on matters of family law, property conveyancing, and commercial arbitration under Malaysian law.

Ahmad Razali bin Zainudin
Managing Partner
Called to the Malaysian Bar in 1997, Ahmad Razali leads the practice's commercial arbitration work and oversees the overall direction of the firm. He has represented clients before the AIAC and in ad hoc arbitral proceedings for over two decades.
Priya Sundaram
Senior Associate, Family Law
Priya focuses on family law matters with particular attention to child welfare considerations. Her approach combines legal rigour with genuine sensitivity to the personal dimensions of family law work. She holds a Master of Laws from Universiti Malaya.
David Lim Wei Jian
Associate, Property & Conveyancing
David manages the practice's property conveyancing transactions, working closely with clients, financial institutions, and land offices to ensure smooth and timely completions for both residential and commercial property matters.

Juranova works within three defined areas of Malaysian law rather than offering a broad general practice. This focus allows the team to maintain genuine depth of knowledge in family law proceedings, property transactions under the National Land Code, and arbitration governed by the Arbitration Act 2005.

Kuala Lumpur Based, Malaysia Focused
Operating from Jalan Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur, Juranova advises clients primarily within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, with referral arrangements for matters in other states. The office is accessible by public transport and provides a private, comfortable consultation environment.
Remote consultations are also available for clients who are unable to visit in person, including those located outside the Klang Valley or travelling from abroad for property transactions within Malaysia.
